Step 1

Discover

We want to get to know you and what makes you tick. We want you to OWN and love your brand, so we work collaboratively with you and your team to create something that truly resonates both internally and externally. Your dedicated Hoxo team will run a deep dive workshop to get to know your teams, what you like (and dislike) about your current brand, your pain points, and how you want to be perceived by your niche market.
Step 2

Building your brand proposition and positioning

Our brand strategists will help you identify your “why”. Your brand purpose and the fundamentals of how you do business are the foundations that everything else builds from. We’ll define your vision, mission and values, creating a brand personality, tone of voice guidelines, and messaging framework that you can refer back to time and time again. Consistency is key when it comes to a strong brand, after all!
Step 3

Creating your visual identity

We’ll use core attributes from your brand proposition and brand personality to create an identity, logo and assets which visually communicate who you are and what you stand for. We’ll discuss your likes and dislikes (always good to know upfront if you have an irrational fear of the colour yellow) and present moodboards to guide you and ensure you feel included throughout the decision-making process. Our talented designers will lead you through their initial concepts, and then develop a full visual identity and produce a full online brand pack.

Brand application and roll out

This is where your brand truly starts coming to life! We’ll take all the foundational work we’ve done so far and apply it across your website, socials, sales decks, and templated assets. We’ll create and curate tangible assets for you to engage your team, clients, and candidates, which streamline your brand and create a cohesive and impactful customer experience.

Launch to market

Two words…website launch. Our team will guide and support you through everything you need to know for sign-off and go-live, making it simple and easy to ensure you have the best shop window for your brand. Depending on your individual needs and goals, we’ll help embed your new brand voice across your owned channels, creating a tailored and targeted LinkedIn content plan based on your key messages.
