Vivid Resourcing, a specialist recruiter across multiple markets, needed to position itself as an expert in each. To do this, we separated each of the business’s sectors into its own distinct brand in the company. Each sector was equipped with in-depth sales kits and case studies to provide a robust marketing arsenal, and all documentation was translated into the four languages spoken in Vivid’s target regions. 

The Challenge

Vivid Resourcing approached Hoxo for help in bringing their brand up to speed with where they were as a business. They needed a brand that represented their global reach, expertise, and stellar reputation.

The Hoxo team undertook a thorough review and analysis of our existing brand including a deep dive into our target personas, propositions, and tone of voice across several excellent workshop sessions. This culminated 
in the development of some excellent design options and ultimately a fully completed re-design of our brand.
