The Challenge

Gary had been eyeing up the Hoxo offering for a while, and knew that he wanted to get better at utilising his team’s brand to build the business.

 

His team had been following a more traditional sales model, one that depended on them getting on the phone and building relationships. While they wanted to start elevating individual voices in the team, no one was volunteering to be the first.

 

But Gary saw that the market was changing – people were starting to share their own ideas and grow their voices online.

 

And he wanted to get his team in on the action.

Pretty soon, they started seeing tangible results from their efforts. It started small, with an uptick in engagement and views. And pretty soon, new deals started flowing in and more contacts started reaching out.
